Shipping Methods and Costs
At Sett, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. During checkout, you’ll select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order total, destination, and chosen method before you complete your purchase.
We typically ship all orders within 1 business day once payment is confirmed; however, processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or special promotions. Generally, orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day they are placed. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note: title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the package is transferred to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Sett is not liable for carrier delays. However, if a shipment is lost or significantly delayed in transit, Sett will provide the option of a refund or replacement. For delayed shipments that have already been delivered, a pre-paid return label will be issued and a refund processed upon return.

Order Emails
After you place your order, you’ll receive a series of emails to keep you updated:
- Order Confirmation: Confirms we’ve received your order and includes your order number.
- Order Update or Issue: Sent if there’s a problem processing your order, a duplicate transaction, or an address issue.

Shipment Confirmation: Sent once your order ships, with a tracking link. You may receive multiple emails if items ship separately.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking details are automatically assigned and emailed to you. You can also view tracking and order history anytime by logging into your Sett Account Portal if you are a subscriber.
Orders placed on getsett.co may ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Tracking availability and delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service selected.

You can easily check your order status:

Your order status reflects progress between order placement and shipment. Once an order leaves our warehouse, tracking is provided by the carrier and may take up to 3 business days to update after dispatch.
