There was no way Sett would replace Zyn for me, but here we are. Hearing that Ceretine is chemically close to nicotine is one thing, but feeling it actually scratch the same itch while being smoother, sharper for focus, and longer lasting was the best kind of surprise. I honestly never fall for ads, especially for pouch alternatives, as they're usually just flavored nootropics that you could take orally put into a pouch. When I learned that this uses Ceretine™, another nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonist, I had to check it out. Nicotine always has me dragging after I use it, but I don't get that all with these. They're somehow unique in their own right, but similar to nicotine as well regarding how it feels. This also completely takes my nicotine cravings away (not suppressing considering they agonize the same receptors). Overall I would give these a try, even if you're skeptical like I was, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I track HRV and resting heart rate daily. A very noticeable trend of increasing HRV and decreasing resting heart rate when using Sett vs. nic products. Flavor is great, lasts a lot longer than other nic options. The L-Theanine really regulates the lift and keeps you level. I miss the hard hitting buzz of nic on occasion, especially when drinking but this stuff checks every other box and the metrics suggest it's a much healthier option. Definitely recommend giving it a try, especially if you're looking to quit nic. It makes the process much easier.
