Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund.
If your refund request is approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. In most cases, no return is required — but for larger orders, we may ask you to send your unused cans back before processing the refund. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are available for first-time purchases only and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Request Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@getsett.co with your order number and reason for the request. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address shown on the return label provided by Sett.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.'
If more than 15 business days have passed since you’ve sent your return, please contact us at support@getsett.co so we can research the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide replacement product for items that are confirmed to be defective or incorrect as long as you notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened and unused item you have, and once the return is received, we will send you the replacement item.
