When will I get my order?

Orders are typically delivered in 3-7 business days. However, carriers may experience delays. In this case, please reach out to us at support@getsett.co with any questions.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?

Brief gaps in tracking updates are normal, particularly during transit between carrier facilities or over weekends. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please reach out to us at support@getsett.co and we'll look into it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please reach out right away to support@sett.co with your correct address. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can update it before it ships. Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to reroute it — but we can help file a replacement or resend it once it’s returned to our warehouse.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First, check with neighbors and around your property — packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots. Carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" up to 24 hours before actual delivery, so it may still arrive the next day. If it doesn't show up within 48 hours, contact us at support@getsett.co and we'll help resolve it.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@getsett.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see our full policy for more information.
